What kind of servers can I launch?
Minecraft Paper servers are available by default, with support for popular Modrinth and CurseForge modpacks when a server pack is available.
Do I need a dedicated IP?
No. Standard servers get a shared InstanceForge address with a unique port. The dedicated IPv4 add-on gives your server its own IP on the default Minecraft port.
Are servers separate?
Yes. Each paid server is set up as its own private instance with its own assigned memory, disk, service, endpoint, backups, and dashboard access.
How long does setup take?
Setup starts automatically after checkout. Most servers are ready within a few minutes, while large legacy modpacks may take longer.
Can I manage the server myself?
The customer dashboard shows live server status, resource usage, player counts, uptime, billing, restart controls, whitelist controls, and server settings.
Which region should I choose?
US East is available for instant checkout. US West, US Central, and Canada are available by request while we add regional capacity.
Can you help move an existing world?
Yes. Email support with the world or modpack details and we can help migrate files, check compatibility, and restore from backups when needed.
